Reciprocating engine harnesses are a recent addition to Champion Aerospace’s product line and they offer performance features not seen in other brands.

The negative-pitch springs deliver energy more efficiently to the plug with less flashover. Plus, the use of a flexible, copper-tin, nickel-plated braid greatly reduces EMI. The seven-strand, stainless steel wire measures 15 times less resistance than competitive harnessesand produces a hotter spark (which loses less energy and helps prevent heat breakdown). These value-added innovations improve overall performance.
